Studio Tracker

StudioTracker is a simple, easy-to-use web-based customer tracking system. Designed for use in a SOHO environment, StudioTracker is built with MySQL, Apache and Perl and although not tested to such, should scale comfortably to tens of thousands of customers. Originally written for Venture Portraits, Stansted, now Qudos, it is now available under the GPL licence. StudioTracker has been tested on MS Windows XP & 2K, Mac OSX and Linux.

The Sanger Institute is the largest scientific research centre in the UK. Focusing on sequencing, mapping and annotating genomic sequence, primarily human, the centre delivers all of its results into the public domain, for free, via the web. Work also included development of the Sanger Centre corporate intranet and integration of internal services.

Ensembl is a collaborative product of the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI) and the Sanger Institute, both based at the Wellcome Trust Genome Campus near Cambridge UK. It brings together genomic sequence and annotation for a number of different organisms. Human, Mouse and Worm databases are available at time of writing.
